Perforated pipe for exhaust systems

Perforated pipe for exhaust systems

Hello,

I am fairly new to the forum, and have a question in regards to perforated pipe.  My boss wants me to look into a machine that does the perforating, and apparently, there is only one company that makes them (engineers myth?).  All I know is that they are in New Zealand, and the machines are 60,000 ish (Can $).  If anyone can direct me to this company or other ones similar, please do so, perf pipe manufacturing info/ links would also be appreciated.  Thanks!!!

You need to subscribe to the Tube & Pipe Journal:

... and probably a dozen other trade journals, too.  Snag the subscription cards from the ones your boss gets.

There are specialized multiple punch piercing presses that are used to perforate sheet that is then rolled into pipe or tube.  Is that what you want?

Thanks for the info Mike.

This machine will actually take welded pipe/D.O.M. pipe and feed it while making the perforation pitch.  So its pretty fancy stuff I guess you could say.  I almost "googled" my brains out trying to find this company.

Ciao.
