Sub Weldment Properties Question

Sub Weldment Properties Question

Sub Weldment Properties Question

(OP)
Hi All,

I created a large weldment part. Then I created a sub-weldment, then inserted into a new part in order to make a detail drawing of that sub-weldment. However when I created a drawing for my new sub-weldment, the weldment table doesn't have any description or length properties.

What is the best way to create a sub-weldment part, and then a cut list for that sub-weldment. Because right now it looks as though the best way to create sub-weldments is by bottom up design so you can maintain a cut list.

That really sucks. Oh well, maybe the next release can have that capability.

Thanks for the quick response scott.
