Industrial facility ground grid design

Industrial facility ground grid design

Industrial facility ground grid design

(OP)
I am looking for information on design of a ground grid for a new large industrial facility. Assuming I have the soil resistivity, what is the best method of determining the size of the ground mesh as well as number of ground rods and locations.

RE: Industrial facility ground grid design

their is a website from ecm mag that goes over grounding and bonding.  I would read the info.  Then look at whether you want a low, high, or no resistance ground system.  I am sure others will give you ideas.

I believe their are other websites that can give you general info.

The answers to your questions are in IEEE 80.
