I'm tired of dealing with Bentley and would like to pursue using another program to replace WaterCAD.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  Thanks

RE: Do other programs exist similar to WaterCAD

Try EPANet.  It's free.

You could try KyPipe (kypipe.com).  Download the trial version and have a look.  It is similar to WaterCAD, albeit a little less flashy.  Up front cost is similar to WaterCAD, but the annual maintenance is much more reasonable and worthwhile.  Direct help via e-mail is directly with the developers of the program and they have gotten us out of a few jams quite nicely.
