Jeavons and IGA Natural gas regulators

Jeavons and IGA Natural gas regulators

am working in a presentation for the technician in my company for jeavons J125 S5 ,IGA and Dresser regulators
and the main idea is to teach them the theory of operation, and how to set it.
so i tried to check each company website but i coudlt find any theory of operation, the most helpful one was jeavons but not as i wanted.
if anyone could help me with data, and the best thing will be drawings or learning movie which show how spring and diaphrams work

RE: Jeavons and IGA Natural gas regulators

i want some animation for Jeavons J125 S5
and IGA axial flow regulator with it's pilot and restrictor

RE: Jeavons and IGA Natural gas regulators

I found the J 125 S5 you're talking about here,

I got the manual off of that page.  No problem.

The IG axial here,
doesn't show much, only the exploded view internals and no pilot connection details.

OK either send the IGA manual to my e-mail (see my webpages/contacts section) or if you can't access that [some companies have msn.spaces blocked] can you manage to upload the IGA axial manual to and then just post the link to the download right here in this thread.

You do know that you're going to owe me a StrongBow or two,... right?

RE: Jeavons and IGA Natural gas regulators

yes it's very nice, can it show how relief and slam shut will work?
