Hello,
am working in a presentation for the technician in my company for jeavons J125 S5 ,IGA and Dresser regulators
and the main idea is to teach them the theory of operation, and how to set it.
so i tried to check each company website but i coudlt find any theory of operation, the most helpful one was jeavons but not as i wanted.
if anyone could help me with data, and the best thing will be drawings or learning movie which show how spring and diaphrams work
Thanks

I might be able to help you out a bit.  What kind of pressure regulator do you want?

I found the J 125 S5 you're talking about here,
http://www.jeavonsltd.co.uk/en/2347.shtml

I got the manual off of that page.  No problem.

The IG axial here,
http://www.iga.co.uk/solutions/safety_control/axial_flow.htm
doesn't show much, only the exploded view internals and no pilot connection details.

OK either send the IGA manual to my e-mail (see my webpages/contacts section) or if you can't access that [some companies have msn.spaces blocked] can you manage to upload the IGA axial manual to http://www.rapidserve.com and then just post the link to the download right here in this thread.

You do know that you're going to owe me a StrongBow or two,... right?

Its not animating here, but if you download this copy, I think it should work in IExplorer with just a doubleclick on the file.  Let me know if it starts up.  It still needs a bit of work, but not bad so far... I think.

Got the axial file.  I'll have a look... tomorrow.
