i need info about .pc3 and printable area

i need info about .pc3 and printable area

(OP)
Hi and thanks for your anwer, but my really need is something like this:

i want to create a .pc3 file which the printable area of severals size of paper configurated. But i cant :S .Because when i go into "Modify Standard Paper Sizes (Printable Area)" to reduce the margins on all sides to zero (because i want that margins). In 2006, the first time I
set the printable area (before the PMP file has been created), it prompts for the margins, then the filename, and it saves correctly. After that, no matter what sheet size I select to modify, it prompts for the margins, seems to proceed normally, and allows me to finish/exit. But if I recheck the sheet size I just changed, it's already back to its original margins. It's not a permission issue, as the file is stored locally and I have full administrative rights to the PC.

I can't find anything on Autodesk's support knowledgebase, nor have I seen anything like this listed in this newsgroup. If anyone has any suggestions(hopefully short of creating multiple PC3/PMP combos for each sheet size and
orientation), I would appreciate it.

so...in shortly:
When i configure a .pc3 file and i modify his printable area for a size A3, then when i want to modify for a A4 (for ex.) , the program dont let my new configuration saved for the A4 in the same .pc3.

thanks you very much in advance!!!

RE: i need info about .pc3 and printable area

I think this goes hand in hand with the print driver you are using. If it is one you created through AutoCAD, then you have some control over this. Windows drivers control margins by the printer, so you may not be able to control this. When you create the pc3, try using a different driver and see if it will print. It is not uncommon to use a driver that gives you more control if you need it.
