Conditional Formatting

(OP)
I can only get three conditions, can I get more?

RE: Conditional Formatting

you could combine multiple conditions via equation, but you're limited to 3 formats as far as I know. I'm sure it could be done in vba

RE: Conditional Formatting

You can also have a different default format for the cell (which applies if none of the three conditions applies), effectively giving you four formats altogether. That's as many conditional formats as you can get without using VBA etc, as far as I know.

RE: Conditional Formatting

The only other thing I can think of is using a custom number format to distinguish between negative, positive, and 0 values, and use conditional formatting on top of that.
