Strange error Coordinate to Point macro

Strange error Coordinate to Point macro

Strange error Coordinate to Point macro

(OP)
Handleman,

I'm getting a strange error.  The macro at thread559-153131: Coordinates of point - macro works from within the editor, but when run from a file, it has the error:  "SWMacro file c:\yada\yada\macros\CoordPoint.swp has wrong format and cannot be converted to VBA macro file".  Any clues as to what's going on?

RE: Strange error Coordinate to Point macro

Get rid of the "Private" keyword.  I believe "Private" means that the function can only be accessed by other code inside that module.  The macro will also work if you add the following sub:

CODE

Sub main()
    Call SurfPoint
End Sub
