Hello, I am new to the steel machining industry, came across a specification on a print and I am asking for help to better understand the details.
Specification is:
Material 10.9
ISO - V Impact test result at -40C should be:
- average value of 3 samples greater than 27J
- minimum value greater than 70% of average value
3.1B certificate
What do each of the line items mean?

Are you speaking of acceptance requirements for hardware material?
Are you referring to EN 10204 specification?
