(OP)

I some what finished setting up SE insight, managed workflow.
I have it all running as it is supposed to do, I can move cad files thru
the workflow and all files go to the locations, revision letters are added....
Now it is time for fine tuning,

I need some input from other users on what they have done or tried, what does not
work, what works best.

1. Is there a preferred location to put our standard fasteners?
should they be in the "released" library,?
Are they best in a separate folder?
(our fasteners do not usually change.)

2. Is it best to have SE files located in separate project folders within the libraries?

My first thought was to create project folders in the pre-released library to keep
different project files separated,
and then once released all files from different projects would end up in the released
folder for all to access.
I think this would make it easier for other users to find files.

Thanks
Frank
