I am haveing trouble extruding text. I am making a logo and it is one sketch. When I click extrude, 2 letters won't extrude. the K in HAWK and the big G in the middle. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

Btw, the text is SwItalt  Bold and Italic.

I would attach a thumbnail but I don't know how to do that

RE: Extruded text

Hi,

Zoom in on your text, and make sure that the letters do not overcross or overlap. If it is the case, then you have to select contours.

A way to fix this is to increase the space between letters in the feature manager of the text tool.

RE: Extruded text

Tools -> Sketch Tools --> Check Sketch for Feature

Keep checking/fixing until you have nothing but closed contours.

Never mind I figured it out. It was a font issue. Had to change it from bold italic to italic.

Thank you.
