Can i get details for IEC 61850 standard is working for High impedance Restricted earth fault prot. scheme for Transformers?

IEC61850 standard not declarated any protection functionality ( only names of function, communication protocols , etc).

Slavagar is right. The standard has nothing to do with the application, in principle. It describes which signals (logical attributes etc... but they are actually "signals") the logical nodes (function) should at least have and how they should be called (so, how the protection is mapped in the standard).
