Let this be a lesson to all who see these photos. Although they look tasty, never chew on electrical wires.

That isn't 5 kV cable.  I's secondary, probable 120/240 volts.

It should be a code violation to make a secondary pedestal look like a picnic basket.

The picture may be grizzly, but the bear is brown.
