LUE = Living unit equivalent, a unit of measure equal to one household in regards to water and sewer useage

Thank  you for the explanation of LUE.  Now, are you interested in water use (water demand) or are you interested in wastewater flows ?  Bimr's response answers one of these questions. Have you tried asking these questions of you local water supplier ? Have you tried asking the State or local agency which regulates public and private water systems in your area ?
