Obscured line type dashes

Obscured line type dashes

Obscured line type dashes

(OP)
Hello all!

I would like to know if there is a way to "shorten" the hidden dases of a 3D model when "Obscuredltype" variable is set to #2 (dashed), while plotting in paper space.

The dashes show up, but are too long and do not show as dashed on smaller pieces of steel.

Thanks for all the help in advance...

Lee

RE: Obscured line type dashes

No, it's not possible. Maybe in the newer versions.

Does the variable "Obscuredltype" get the linetype from the *.lin file? I don't know. If yes, I would try to change the linetype there.

Do you know of any other way to show hidden lines while plotting a 3D model, I'm having some problems Showing hidden lines...

Thanks again

Hi Borgunit,

I tried changing the "ltscale" & "psltscale" nothing seemed to changed the appearance of the obscured dashes?
