aggregate surface pavement design

(OP)
Folks,

Does anybody have experiences in heavy load aggregate surface pavement design?

I have a site, portion of which will be used as storage area and is proposed to be developed as aggregate surface pavement.  The subgrade materials is pretty soft/loose, the CBRs of which are on the order of 4. The anticipated tire load is about 200 kips, much more than what AASHTO and other design guides provide.

I am exploring the option of using aggregate surface pavement for this heavy load.  Otherwise, I will have to use other types of pavement sections.

Thanks.

RE: aggregate surface pavement design

Mine roads are usually loaded with the large Terex haulers.
