Where can I acquire either a CD or book on Material "K" Factors for cutting tool forces?

RE: "K" Factors/Cutting Forces

Dear toolnorth
If you want to fake the cutting forces, there is no problem (see for example, F.E.Gorczyca “Application of Metal Cutting Theory” Industrial Press,1987 ).  If you, however, want to calculate these forces then do not even look at K’s.  If you want, I could explain why I said so.
