What is A610 ?

What is A610 ?

(OP)
I am looking for information on a metal known as "A610".  I found AISI 610 in Stahlschlussel (UNS T20811) listed among high temperature resisting steels.  Any help is appreciated.

RE: What is A610 ?

UNS T20811 = H11 tool steel

RE: What is A610 ?

UNS T20811 is listed as a Hot-Work Tool Steel (H-11)
AISI grade H-11.  Also ASTM A579 Gr. H-11 or A681 Gr H-11.

Hope this helps.

I am an ASM member. I looked at the on-line metals desk edition [asm-intl.org site] and could not find reference to any A601 or 601 Aluminum casting alloy. NOTE: by the aluminum designatiomn system A601 would be a "next generation" [improvement of] 601 aluminum alloy.

I request you give me a specific page/location reference for the alloy You cited!

Regards, Wil Taylor
