Another origin question

Another origin question

Another origin question

(OP)
Did SP 3.0 for SW07 do something with the origin at the part level?  We don't have the origin show up anymore in our part template.  To get the origin to "show" we have to click view then origin.

Is it fixed in 3.1?

Thanks,

RE: Another origin question

Apparently this issue is being reviewed under SPR 364822.

A workaround meantime is to turn on the Origin option in the View drop-down.
If you don't want the main model origin showing, they can be hidden in the FM tree.

You can create new templates after doing the above.

Thanks CorB!  Didn't think to hide it in FM tree.

I think it's pretty much back to where it was .

Thanks again.

This is not fixed in SP 3.1
