I need to remove links to imported objects

I need to remove links to imported objects

We have a branch that is still in the stone age. We can't send them a .dwg  and when we send them an AutoCAD drawing in .dxf they see nothing in place of the tables. Is there a way I can "flatten" (they called it a snapshot in Pro/E) the drawing? This would of course remove all references to the original tables but I think would leave the lines and arcs of the drawing in place and correct so if they wanted to add notes or mods they could.

Thx
DeSim

Help!! Need this answered. The tables I refer to are excel tables pasted into the drawings. Anyone?

RE: I need to remove links to imported objects

If you're using Paste Special to insert the excel spreadsheet as a "Microsoft Excel Worksheet" try to Paste Special as "Autocad Entities".
