Is there a Website I can go to Download SolidWorks versions of Dayton Maxlife Die Springs?

RE: Downloading Die Springs

I don't know of one ... but do you really need a fully modelled spring? Would a correctly sized cylinder with a large thread texture suffice?

cheers

RE: Downloading Die Springs

Here is a link to the die spring file I have created.  I just morph it into whatever I need.

The last feature, when you click on it you can change the length of the spring.  It is tied to an equation that updates.  I use configurations for free length, die open, die closed, etc.

When I need a different spring I go into the sketches and make changes for what I need.

They aren't perfect, but are good enough to drive the design and populate a BOM.
