Source of supply - Hydraulic hoses

Source of supply - Hydraulic hoses

Source of supply - Hydraulic hoses

(OP)
I'm looking for a supplier of hydraulic hose assemblies that are a bit unusual:
- working pressure 5500 psi, burst pressure 4x
- 3/4" nominal
- nominal o.d. 28 mm [1.10"]
- 80 C working ambient
- 13 m (42 ft) (can be spliced, and exceed the nominal od)
- PTFE core
- 316 SS braid reinforced
The combination of high temperature and high pressure seems to be a bit of a problem. Google turns up lots of suppliers, but when given the details, I get a lot of "no quote".

Any ideas?

If you could allow 1-1/4" OD, you might get a quote.

RE: Source of supply - Hydraulic hoses

We had an application a few months back that had a similar requirement - a customer wanted to pump high pressure steam at a large volume into a test chamber. It took weeks to find a suitable hose.

two suppliers that helped us were Universal Metal Hose
Universal Metal Hose

and HFI Fluid Power Products

Good luck, if they cant help you out, you may have to try a steel tube solution.
