Printing dimensions from measure

Printing dimensions from measure

Printing dimensions from measure

(OP)
I have a user that will open a model and use the "measure" command to get some reference dimensions.  He wants to print this out but does not want to save it this way.  When he prints the model, you see the lines the measure command created but not the numbers.  Does anyone know how to fix this so when you print, you see the numbers of the measured dimensions?

He said it worked fine in 2006 but hasn't worked in 2007.

RE: Printing dimensions from measure

I don't know.  Perhaps a work-around is using a screen-capture application (built-into SW 2007, I think--I use my own anyway).  Set the capture program up to automatically save the snapshot in a folder, take all your measurements and capture them, and then just open the JPEG (or whatever) images in the folder using XP's print manager and select the images you want to print.  It saves paper because you can print several per page, and it saves time because you don't have as many clicks happening per dimension.
