Need help designing efficient wood boiler

Need help designing efficient wood boiler

(OP)
I am designing a smoke free, highly efficient wood boiler and am curious if anyone can recommend some advisors/consultants.  We have it mostly designed, but want some advice before spending big $$ in production.  It is a relatively small device (350k BTU) but very useful.  Thanks.

I am trying to replicate a green sawdust furnace.  See my problematic post asked today 8/22.  One of the units described above is a boiler unit using sawdust and it works wonderfully.  I may be of help to you or be able to sell you one.  Problem with what is made now is that the water tanks surround the heat/flames that the logs never get to burn hot enough to burn clean.  Mine does that, burns clean.  I have to get over a minor techy difficulty.

if interested maybe we can talk!
