Clarification of material

(OP)
hey guys, I am a new graduate in ME, out in the real world.

I came across some material that I have doubts about.

It states A312, GR. TP304 SMLS

what is TP304 and SMLS?

a clarification would be very helpful
Thank you guys.

The website Big Inch provided will help you.

If your current position will introduce you to other types of piping then I would recommend that you obtain a copy of "NAVCO PIPING DATALOG" which depicts the chemical composition for various types of piping.

The NAVCO DATALOG has been referenced many times previously within this forum

RE: Clarification of material

Ummmm.....

A very old piping designer once told me that long, long ago a man named Moses came down from a mountain with the first copy of the "NAVCO PIPING DATALOG"......

Anyone else ever hear that story....??

He had some other stuff with him...
