interaction fluid structure FLUID80-SHELL63

(OP)
I'm studying the behaviour of a cylindrical tank full of water, I have used elements SHELL63 for the steel structure  and elements FLUID80 for the water,at boundary
I have coupled nodes(coincident, but  separates ) of the
fluid and the structure only in the direction normal to the tank's surface. I have not used further elements (CONTACT or TARGET) to the interface fluid structure. I have applied an impulsive displacement (triangular)to the base, but I get too small vertical displacements of the fluid free surface,I have also considered gravity (ACEL command),where have I been wrong?
