ASTM C361 - 03a Low Head Pressure Pipe

ASTM C361 - 03a Low Head Pressure Pipe

ASTM C361 - 03a Low Head Pressure Pipe

(OP)
I had a few questions regarding this ASTM.  Really appreciate your help and suggestions.

1.  When do you know when you have a Low-Head Pressure Pipe and a High-Pressure Pipe (i.e, what is the cuttoff value to distinguish between them)?

2.  This ASTM provides tables for external loads up to 20 ft.  Is there a reference that uses this ASTM as a refernce and has design procedures to design a pipe for greater than 20 ft of external loading?

THANKS
