Hi, does anyone know how to save a SW2007 .sldprt file as SW2006? Or somehow make it so tha the 2007 file can be opened in 2006. Thanks!

Create a parasolid or some other parameterless file.  SW is not backwards compatible, same as most parameterized CAD systems.

Funny how this gets asked every version at least once...

Best option is to export it as a parasolid and then open it in 2006.  It will come in as a "dumb" solid with no features.  If you need features you'll have to run it through FeatureWorks to redefine them.
