Working with Broken Views in NX2

(OP)
Ladies and Gentlemen,

Wnen trying to create a broken view of an over-elongated part to fit a 8.5 x 11 format, I have run into some confusing instructions from Unigraphics NX2 Drafting Help.  Was the help pages updated for NX2, or was there 'carryover' from previous versions?

Regardless, when I establish the boundries for the first side of the break, is the 'apply' button suppose to activate for use - or is there a step that I missed?

Pressing MB2 usually 'toggles' to the next step.
