Transformer oil monitoring equipment

(OP)
I have recently been given the task of installing and setting up oil montors on our 230/13.8 kV transformers which are connected to 13.8 kv, 200MW generators which run about 16 hours or so per day.  We have already ordered Morga-Shaffer Calistos.

Are these easy to install or do they require special equipment?  How are they usually monitored?  How often should I monitor them?

Also, what level of Hydrogen (in ppm) is considered acceptable?  Or is the trend more important?
