I have a Direct Logic 105 f1-130da and i want to test it to see if its good is there a way to wire it up to test it i have the software and cable

Yes, go to www.automationdirect.com and download the manual for it.  Make a 120V cord up and plug it in.  Hook up a 24V switch for an input and a 120V light for an output, and have at it.
