Does anybody know a reference site where I can find the mechanical properties of plastics such as polypropylene and uhmwpe at temperatures abopve ambient

Better talking to material suppliers who will have extensive test data. If you search them on the Internet then contact the technical centers.

Check plastic distributors such as Cadillac Plastic or Johnson Plastics.  Their information sheets usually show a heat distortion temperature for guidance.
