Center of Gravity NX3?

Center of Gravity NX3?

Center of Gravity NX3?

(OP)
I search and only found a solution for NX2.  But nothing for 3.  Is there a way to display the center of gravity in NX3?

RE: Center of Gravity NX3?

If you're looking for only a point at the centroid, if you save the calculated values (select the first icon, the one that looks like a floppy disk, before you select the OK gree checkmark), the point will be created automatically.  If you wish to have the CSYS representing the principle axis, you will need to change the option under the first Icon on the Analysis -> Measure Bodies... dialog.  Note that for NX 4, we separated these options since users kept missing it in NX 3.
