desolve pattern and or mirror parent child relation
desolve pattern and or mirror parent child relation
(OP)
I'm trying to mirror features of in a part to keep from having to redraw them. After I mirror them I need to move them a little. Can this be done?

You should be able to copy and flip the feature sketch though, instead of doing a mirror.
Also, non-merged features (a body in a multi-body part) can be mirrored and moved using the Move/Copy Body function.

You can move the mirrored geometry by using the Move Face command (Insert, Face, Move). If your geometry is simple enough this should work for you.

I've recently developed a fondness for the Move/Replace Face commands. I've always liked the option to Delete Face and have the model auto-magically patch itself but I just used the Move / Replace commands on a recent project. They made it a lot easier to end up with a part that wasn't cobbled up with a lot of features that were simply there to clean up some geometry that resulted from some differing draft angles on a molded part. Fortunately, these commands are intuitive enough that someone else can pick up the part at some point in the future and easily see what was done.

If you want to modify the base shape of the feature, then copying from FM tree method would be best.
