web-enabled cameras on jobsites to imptove safety??

(OP)
Has anyone heard of the Hawthrone Effect? How important is feedback when looking to improve worker behavior on jobsites?

Enter web-enabled monitoring solutions: Using a camera on a jobsite can positively impact safety, especially when using the 'visually rich' information to provide feedback to workers.

Thoughts?

RE: web-enabled cameras on jobsites to imptove safety??

You might actually be able to pull it off, if indeed it's presented as a Webcam, and is publicly accessible.

Otherwise, maybe anyway, you'll get hassled by the unions.  They might, for instance, demand installation of a Webcam in your office.  Tell me that isn't fair.
