Mirrored Component BOM and filenaming

Mirrored Component BOM and filenaming

(OP)
I will try to explain this as best I can.

I have a multi sized part that needs to be "left" and "right" handed. I have created the mirrored components but the problem I'm having is trying to follow our part numbering and file naming convention. I would like to have a consistent flowing family table on the drawing (-01 thru -10)that is linked (if possible)due to the fact there are a few dimensions that need to change for each size. The issue is the "mirroring" instances I created are called -06R thru -10R(for "right" as "mirrored" from "left" -01 thru -05 which produces the final "mirrored" -06 thru -10...got that?) Unfortunately, when I create the drawing table it is going to show the generic -01 thru -05 and -06R thru -10R. Is there any way to tie the -06 thru -10 final "mirrored" parts to this table and filter out the -06R thru -10R? Has anyone had any experience with managing linked part/drawing tables with  'mirrored' components?  I've thought of just having a dummy table with nothing linked. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Paul
