Gents,

I have equipment that I have designed that passes the uniformity standards of 2750C.

What are the changes in temp uniformity standards in 2750D?

I have a customer that is asking if my equipment will pass 2750D and i think it should be no problem because i was within the 2750C by several degrees for each catagory of material.+- 10,+-15,+-25.

I have passed all these surveys with tc's and a small heat sink in open air inside the furnace,is this still allowed with 2750D?

Should i be worried??

Thanks for the help,Joe
