Unable to select face in assembly

Unable to select face in assembly

Unable to select face in assembly

(OP)
While editing a width mate in a simple assembly, I found that all of a sudden I was unable to select faces, inside or outside of the mate.  Yes, I checked and doublechecked the filters.  I'm just making it for a rendering, so it was easy enough to workaround by inserting it into a new assembly.  I'm curious, though, is this a random file corruption, or is there some other functionality going on here that I'm missing?  I'm running 2007 SP 2.0, nvidia 3450FX.

RE: Unable to select face in assembly

Maybe just a graphics card issue. If you are using the correct driver, try restarting SW, maybe just a glitch or something like that.
