Hello everybody,
I'm looking for document that can helps me to find pressures limitations for pipes under Schedule 40 and Sch. 80, this is for Steel pipes for Natural Gas Pipe line according to ASME B31.8
Also the same question but it's for HDPE piplines.

What country are you in?

Is 49 CFR Part 192 applicable?

If so, you must determine piping material, corrosion allowance, area classification, etc.  
Also, the inspection interval may be a factor in your choice because % of allowable effects regulatory inspections.

The application is for an NPS 10 piping for 25km gas pipeline.
For the country, no matter there are no standard (Africa). We are under ASME and ASTM standards

The piping code is the document you need.  Each piping code has different methods of calculating pressure limitations.  Since your pipeline is built to B31.8, that is the document you should use.  Specifically, Section 841 of B31.8.
In addition, you need to know more about the pipe than just steel pipe sch 40 or 80.  Different grade of steel had different allowable stresses; seamless pipe is and welded pipe is different, etc. You need to check all that before you can determine the pressure rating of your pipe.

Use B31.8, you will need to know a number of variables.  You can use the formula below to calculate your minimum wall thickness.

t = PD/(2SFET), where:

P=Design pressure, psig
D=nominal outside diameter of pipe, inches
S= specified minimum yield strength, psi
t=minimum wall thickness, inches
F=design factor
E=longitudinal joint factor
T=temperature derating factor

Once you calculate it, round up to the nearest size standard API5L wall thickness.

May I suggest that running either a natural gas line or a gasoline line 25 Km is no job for a beginner?  Please consider hiring an experienced engineer to get the proper requirements identified, and to get you started.  The public welfare is at stake here!  There is much more to it than spec'ing the wall thickness.
