Batch Plotting in NX4?
Batch Plotting in NX4?
(OP)
Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of a way of plotting a series of PRT files without having to open each file individually? I was hoping for some form of command line method so it can be performed outside of NX.
I looked at the help menu, but the closest it gives is using NXPLOT to plot CGM, JPEG and TIFF files from the command prompt.
Many thanks,
Andy.

No, I'm not working for a GM supplier (I work in the Orthopaedic Implant industry).
I don't think there's an easy answer for this.

Many thanks for your reply. I am currently trying to learn VB so we can customise some of the NX functionality.
Would you have any tips/help you can offer on the best approach to this problem?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am still on the rather large VB learning curve.
Many thanks,
Andy.

I would too be interested if you succeed to create such a program (plotting a series of PRT files without having to open each file individually).
Thanks in advance
