LOOKING FOR A GOOD VOLTAGE TO FREQUENCY CONVERTER SCHEMATIC USING A LM331 CONVERTER AND A DUEL FLIPFLOP.

RE: LOOKING FOR VF CONVERTER SCHEMATIC

Look for the caps lock button too....

Why are you not going to the National web site and looking at the LM331 data sheet?  It has several!

RE: LOOKING FOR VF CONVERTER SCHEMATIC

This is a strange question. Why do you think you need the dual flip flop.

http://www.national.com/pf/LM/LM331.html

There is a circuit directly on the National product page, let alone going into the data sheet. Do you need the flip flop to guarantee a square wave, for example. If so then wire it as a divide by two (D-type flip-flop with Q(bar) connected to D; drive clk from the LM331).
