The hardest polycarbonate?

The hardest polycarbonate?

The hardest polycarbonate?

(OP)
What is the hardest polycarbonate, and what is it's hardness in rockwell m and rockwell r.in addition i cant find a conversion table for rockwell r and rockwell m. I'll be so glad if i can get a conversion table about rockwell r and m.

RE: The hardest polycarbonate?

I would say that hardness data may be a little hard to find. Practically it is similar to modulus so if I were you I would look for modulus data which is easy to find for example at www.matweb.com

If you can fill the polymer that would be an excellent way to get the modulus/hardness up. Adding mica, glass fibre etc would work very well assuming you application will work with a filler.

RE: The hardest polycarbonate?

There is no direct conversion between Rockwell R & M.

If you look up the test equipment and method you will understand why.
