Yes, provided a suitable filler metal is selected, like 309L or Inco 82.

Joining of P22 to P22 with E/ER316L filler metal should not be done, if that is your question. A high potential for weld metal cracking due to dilution exists and the dissimilar coefficients of expansion will lead to cracking during thermal cycling.
