Hi,

Can I run I-DEAS 11 NX on Windows Vista?

Thank you

RE: I-DEAS 11 NX and Windows VIsta

You might be able to, but it's not certified by UGS and Vista so far has been notorious for having driver issues, (from what I've heard).  If it were me, I wouldn't waste my time with it yet.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer but I have an old computer and I need to buy a new computer and its operating system is Windows Vista, although I-DEAS 11 is not certified by UGS, do you think that I-DEAS 11 can“t run on Windows Vista?

RE: I-DEAS 11 NX and Windows VIsta

I have no idea...it SHOULD run, but you know how that usually works out when talking in terms of computers.  If it were me, I wouldn't even consider Vista.  But in my situation, I don't have to really be concerned with what's on a computer coming from the factory....if we don't want the installed O/S, we just remove it and put XP on the machine.
