hi guys,

i am looking for distance between the edge of tank roof and nozzle. if someone can help that would be great.

API-650 has no specific requirements for roof noozle locations relative to edge of the tank.

You don't want to overlap heat affected zones from welding, so you do need to keep a minimum of 3" between welds (tank roof and bore of nozzle or reinforcing pads)!
