Grounding properties for galvanization G30/40

Grounding properties for galvanization G30/40

(OP)
I need to have a part powder coated for appearance purposes but a portion of it has to be unfinished (non-powder coat) for grounding purposes.  However, I do want to protect the material from rusting.  If the material is galvanized g30/40 this shouldn't affect it's ground potential should it?  My prototype shop has this question and I wanted to check with you guys/gals before answering the question.

Regards (and thanks),
SrG.
