Solidworks 8.0?????

Solidworks 8.0?????

Solidworks 8.0?????

(OP)
Has anyone else heard that the next release will be 8.0?  I saw this in the following article:

http://designnews.com/article/CA6421352.html?nid=2332&rid=1787405371

I don't particularly care what the next release is called, I'm just curious.

Interesting stuff on the IP security that will be integrated in the next release.  I'm definitely going to check that out.

RE: Solidworks 8.0?????

I think it was a misprint because at the end of the article it stated:

SolidWorks 2008 will include built-in rights management function, allowing CAD users to restrict access to certain models while facilitating better version control.
