dimensions in fractions

dimensions in fractions

dimensions in fractions

(OP)
How can I set up my SE (version 18) so, the dimensions are shown in fractions (1/4, 1/2, 1/8 and on) instead of decimals (.25, .5, .125 and on)?
Thanks for the feedback

RE: dimensions in fractions

Tools>Options>Dimension Styles

Format>Styles....Change drop down to Dimensions. Add a "New" style call it Fraction (under Name tab). Under Units tab change the round-off to a fractional value. change whatever other options you need.
Once you have that new dim style, you can change all current dims to fractions, or click on one dim and change them individually.

I'm sure if you want that to be your default for the template, you can.
