RE: How to calculater methane number MN of a given Natural Gas composition

A270870 please remember that this is a USER DRIVEN forum. A statement like "Give me support on this" will by many be seen as an insult to those who provide their experience and knowledge free of cherge!

anyway: Take a look on this document - i think it contains what you need:

RE: How to calculater methane number MN of a given Natural Gas composition

I believe Waukesha and Catapiller Engines have spread sheets that have the equations in them from their web site or sales reps.

RE: How to calculater methane number MN of a given Natural Gas composition

You can look for the MN software from Caterpillar for natural gas engines, if you are working with Cat engines.

Otherwise, you can find a lot of information at the internet with the equations, and make the calculations yourself.

Its easy..Good Luck
