Elec. Resistivity of Blast Furnace Slag

Elec. Resistivity of Blast Furnace Slag

(OP)
Hello,

I am trying to find 'typical' values for resistivity of crushed air-cooled iron blast furnace slag, which will be used as structural fill.  The subject came up as part of a grounding design.  The gradation spec on the material is pretty broad, allowing sizes up to 10 inches with only about 10 percent passing the #40 sieve.  The material is expected to be relatively well drained.

A Google search returns very little except vague statements that slag resistivity is 'very low.'

Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks.
